Being one of the largest department in ERRH, it not only provides oral and dental needs of the locality, but also serves as the referral centre for the eastern region of the country.
The department is manned by an Oral Surgeon, Orthodontist, and Prosthodontist, two Dental surgeons, four Dental hygienists and six Dental technicians. There are fully functional three Dental chairs; one IOPA and one OPG X-RAY Machines.
The Department focusses on all 3 aspects of patient care. (Prevention, intervention and treatment) of diseases and deformities of the oral and associated areas.
